Our Mission

To take a pro-active stance on important community issues

Our Objectives

To provide a citizens' network through which all Centre Wellington residents may voice their needs and opinions, and to be a positive influence for the protection and enhancement of the quality of life in this community.
To work in cooperation with other community groups, elected officials and municipal staff to initiate and encourage greater collaboration and creativity in future development.
To encourage the enrichment of this communitys social and cultural environment through thoughtful long-range community planning.
To support the maintenance and enhancement of our natural environment through responsible development.
To promote the healthy economic development of this community by supporting the existing business community and planning strategically for new business opportunities and positive employment.
To adapt our organizational structure to address various community issues as they may arise.

Membership and Supporters

Our members and supporters are involved in many aspects of the community. They include families, homemakers, retirees, caregivers, educators, students, clergy, transportation workers, engineers, lawyers, artists, writers, academics, civil servants, trades people, farmers, and shopkeepers.
